"Brown Sugar" is a cozy and romantic 1-bedroom cabin in the heart of the Broken Bow/Hochtown area. This beautiful cabin has an open concept design that can sleep up to 4 guests. With a large 1-acre wooded lot, it’s the ideal getaway for those who want peace and privacy.
As you enter, you’ll see a stunning double-sided floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that is the focal point of the living area. You can enjoy this amazing fireplace from either the comfy king-sized bed or the sofa in the living area.
Step outside and admire nature’s beauty from your own private covered porch. Whether you’re cooking a tasty meal on the grill or just relaxing on the outdoor sofa while watching the sunrise, the calm sounds of nature will relax your mind. The large hot tub is great for a soothing soak, while the outdoor fireplace is perfect for a movie night with nature. Finish your day by sitting around the fire pit and making s’mores while gazing at Oklahoma’s spectacular night sky.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a coffee machine and K-Cups. Basic spices such as salt, pepper, and more are provided, making it easy to whip up a meal in no time. If you prefer to eat out, the cabin is close to many local restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
The bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a double vanity, and extra-large shower head. Essential toiletries such as hand soap & shampoo are included for your convenience.

It was a great place to stay for a quick getaway. My daughter had the best time with the corn hole and the hot tub. We felt right at home and comfortable while there. The fireplaces are a really nice feature to have. The host are very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cabin in the outskirts of Broken Bow. Not too far out of town. The hot tub was great and the patio was a nice view of the forest surrounding the house. Inside bathroom and kitchen were nicely laid out and clean.

Getting around
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.
About Your Host
Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! We truly love our guests & want to provide them with the best experience!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
House Rules
✔ Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ No smoking or vaping inside.
✔ No discharging of fireworks or firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and swimming pool.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✔ Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our cancellation policy.

This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE:
We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
